I must say i was impressed by John Mccain's speech after the results. It was emotional I can understand that but it was also gracious. He blamed himself for the defeat and not palin or other party workers. Plus gave Obama credit for an impressive campaign. I think Mccain is a true gentlemen, very hard to find them nowadays

Yes. I agree I do respect both obama and maccain. Even though I voted for obama I would have to say mccain would have been a good president too. But with his economic policies I had to vote obama.

I think he knew for some time that he was going to lose, so he had time to prepare his losing speech. But I do agree that he did show himself to be a gentleman in defeat.

McCain is a good guy, he may have lost the battle, but he's going to win the war.
