The German Super Cup is here and this is Pep Guardiola's first match of the season and trophy. He has to leave out Franck Ribery, Manuel Neuer and Mario Gotze for various reasons and the Dortmund side will be even more pumped up after their lose to Bayern in the Champions League final and the player poaching done by Bayern.

So the question is can Pep Guardiola win the super cup ? Can Bayern play like they used to play under a completely new coaching system. Dortmund have done well to keep hold of Lewandoski and credit to him not making the switch to Manchester United. If they can win the super cup it would be a great boost for them in the season. In the end all the fans would be hoping for is the game to start again and football to be entertaining.

Missed the game but checked the scoreline good to know that Dortmund have won the cup. They truly deserve the win after what has happened to the club and how they were almost bankrupt to now beating Bayern. Just brilliant fairytale ending :) Did i tell you i love fairytales

@badboy they played exceptionally well. Even a 4-2 scorecard doesn't justify how well Dortmund played. Pep Guardiola is going to have his task cut out beating this Dortmund side under Klopp to the Title.

They are not superstars but you just need 11 players to win a football match not superstars. One of the few clubs that actually believe in not buying their success and fans need to get behind such clubs.

Goal scorers: Reus 6, 86, Van Buyten (OG), 56, Gundogan 57

    Goal scorers: Robben 54, 64
